Responsibilities for Mortgage Call Center Collector:

  1. Provide excellent customer service to ensure successful repayment of mortgage loans.
  2. Communicate effectively with customers through phone, email, and other messaging platforms.
  3. Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and find solutions.
  4. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment on a daily basis.
  5. Collect payments from customers in a timely and accurate manner.
  6. Follow up with customers regarding delinquent payments and provide assistance as needed.
  7. Maintain records of customer interactions and conversations in a secure database.
  8. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal regulations.
  9. Identify potential risks and take appropriate action to mitigate them.
  10. Support other departments with tasks as needed.
