- Greet and welcome customers to the bank in a professional and friendly manner.
- Ensure all customer needs and inquiries are met and resolved in a timely and effective manner.
- Serve as a role model for the team, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and providing guidance and support as needed.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the bank's products and services to effectively assist customers in meeting their financial needs.
- Process various banking transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Monitor and maintain proper cash levels in the teller drawer and adhere to all cash handling procedures.
- Assist in training and onboarding new tellers and customer service representatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions.
- Actively participate in team meetings and provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer service processes.
- Ensure compliance with all bank policies and procedures, as well as federal and state regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to provide a professional and welcoming environment for customers.
- Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling bank products and services.
- Participate in community events and initiatives to promote the bank and its services.
- Keep abreast of changes and updates in the banking industry and attend training and development programs as needed.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve individual and team goals.
Strong Customer Service Skills: A Lead Csr/Teller Should Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Assist Customers And Provide A Positive Experience.
Experience In Banking Industry: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In The Banking Industry, Preferably In A Customer Service Or Teller Role.
Leadership Abilities: As A Lead Csr/Teller, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Overseeing The Csr/Teller Team And Ensuring They Are Meeting Performance Goals And Providing Quality Service To Customers. Therefore, Strong Leadership Skills Are Essential.
Cash Handling Experience: The Candidate Should Have Experience Handling Cash And Processing Transactions Accurately. This Includes Balancing Cash Drawers, Processing Deposits And Withdrawals, And Identifying Fraudulent Activity.
Attention To Detail: Candidates Should Have A Keen Eye For Detail To Ensure Accuracy In All Transactions And Adhere To Bank Policies And Procedures. This Is Crucial In Maintaining The Bank's Reputation And Ensuring Compliance With Regulatory Requirements.
