  3. Develop a thorough understanding of the bank's technology systems and processes in order to effectively assist clients.
  4. Proactively identify and troubleshoot potential technology issues, escalating to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and service requests.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve service delivery.
  8. Act as a brand ambassador for Fifth Third Bank, maintaining a professional and positive attitude at all times.
  9. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
  10. Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Information Technology, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Customer Service Or Technical Support Role.

  • Knowledge Of Banking And Financial Systems, Including Experience With Online Banking Platforms.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills.

  • Familiarity With Industry Regulations And Compliance Standards, Such As Pci-Dss And Hipaa.
