
IM&T Client Service Officer

- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing timely resolutions to any issues.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the bank's technology systems and processes in order to effectively assist clients.
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot potential technology issues, escalating to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and service requests.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve service delivery.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Fifth Third Bank, maintaining a professional and positive attitude at all times.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Bachelor's Degree In Information Technology, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Customer Service Or Technical Support Role.
Knowledge Of Banking And Financial Systems, Including Experience With Online Banking Platforms.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills.
Familiarity With Industry Regulations And Compliance Standards, Such As Pci-Dss And Hipaa.
