- Lead and mentor a team of home lending sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.

- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to home lending sales.
- Conduct regular training and professional development sessions for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and network with potential customers.
- Continuously seek out and implement innovative ways to improve the home lending sales process and customer experience.

- Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with customers, team members, and other stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Mortgage Lending, With At Least 2 Years In A Leadership Or Management Role.
Strong Understanding Of Mortgage Products, Underwriting Guidelines, And Compliance Regulations.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Goals.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team.
