  1. Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and promote the bank's fixed income products and services.
  2. Utilize knowledge of fixed income markets to provide clients with tailored solutions and recommendations.
  3. Meet and exceed sales targets by proactively prospecting and identifying new business opportunities.
  4. Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify potential growth areas and develop strategic sales plans.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote fixed income products and services.
  6. Stay updated on industry developments and regulatory changes to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
  7. Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and address any concerns or questions they may have.
  8. Act as a subject matter expert for fixed income products and services and provide training and support to junior team members.
  9. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all client interactions and sales activities.
  10. Represent the bank at industry events and conferences to network and promote the bank's fixed income offerings.
  11. Adhere to all compliance and regulatory requirements in all sales activities and interactions with clients.
  12. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance the sales process and client experience.
  13. Collaborate with other departments within the bank to provide a seamless and comprehensive client experience.
  14. Uphold Fifth Third Bank's values and mission while representing the company to clients and stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Fixed Income Sales Or Trading.

  • Strong Understanding Of Various Fixed Income Products And Markets, Including Bonds, Treasuries, And Structured Products.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Maintaining Client Relationships And Generating Revenue.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present And Pitch Investment Solutions To Clients.
