  1. Develop and implement strategies to prevent and detect financial crimes in alignment with industry regulations and best practices.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess potential risks related to financial crimes.
  3. Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand market trends and customer needs, and use this information to enhance our financial crimes product offerings.
  4. Serve as the subject matter expert on financial crimes, providing guidance and support to various teams within the bank.
  5. Work closely with technology teams to design, test, and implement new financial crimes prevention and detection tools and systems.
  6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of current financial crimes processes and make recommendations for improvements.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as law enforcement and regulatory agencies, to stay informed about emerging threats and regulations.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies related to financial crimes.
  9. Train and educate employees across the organization on financial crimes prevention and detection methods and procedures.
  10. Proactively identify and report any suspicious or fraudulent activity, and take appropriate action to mitigate risks.
  11. Monitor industry developments and changes in regulations related to financial crimes and make necessary adjustments to our product offerings and processes.
  12. Represent the bank in meetings and conferences related to financial crimes.
  13. Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management on the status of financial crimes efforts and any emerging risks.
  14. Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to the bank's code of ethics and conduct at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Crimes Compliance, Risk Management, Or Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Best Practices Related To Financial Crimes.

  • Proven Experience Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Managing Complex Projects.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Present Complex Information In A Clear And Concise Manner.
