- Lead the transformation of Fifth Third Bank's agile practices by developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize areas for improvement within the organization's agile processes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for agile initiatives.
- Provide guidance and coaching to team members and leaders on agile methodologies and best practices.
- Analyze and track agile metrics to measure progress and identify areas for further improvement.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing new and innovative agile practices.
- Conduct trainings and workshops to educate employees on agile principles and practices.
- Act as a change agent by promoting and advocating for agile principles and values throughout the organization.
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in agile methodologies, and recommend relevant changes to the organization.
- Develop and manage budgets and resources related to agile transformation initiatives.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning within the organization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Represent Fifth Third Bank in industry conferences and events to showcase the organization's agile transformation journey.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes diversity and inclusion.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors to support agile initiatives.
Extensive Experience In Leading And Managing Agile Transformation Initiatives At An Enterprise Level.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Agile Methodologies, Including Scrum, Kanban, And Lean.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Agile Practices And Driving Cultural Change Within A Large Organization.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Influence And Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
Strategic Mindset And Ability To Think Critically And Creatively To Identify Opportunities For Continuous Improvement And Drive Agility Across The Organization.
