Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers and provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
  2. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Provide customers with information about banking products and services.
  4. Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  5. Ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies.
  6. Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  7. Develop and maintain customer relationships.
  8. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to perform administrative tasks.
  9. Stay up-to-date on banking trends and products.
  10. Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as needed.
