Responsibilities:

- Provide customers with information about banking products and services.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies.
- Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to perform administrative tasks.
- Stay up-to-date on banking trends and products.
- Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as needed.
