  1. Greet and welcome customers to Fifth Third Bank with a friendly and professional demeanor.

  3. Process various banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments, accurately and efficiently.
  4. Educate customers on available banking products and services and assist them in selecting the best options for their financial needs.
  5. Maintain a thorough knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and accuracy in all transactions.
  6. Actively listen to customer concerns, address any issues promptly, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department or manager.
  7. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow and provide support to other areas of the bank as needed.
  8. Keep accurate records of all transactions and maintain the security of customer information at all times.
  9. Attend regular training and development programs to stay updated on changes in bank policies, products, and services.
