  1. Greet and welcome customers to the bank in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
  3. Educate customers about bank products and services, and assist with opening new accounts.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly and effectively.
  5. Maintain a thorough understanding of bank policies, procedures, and regulations.
  6. Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
  7. Proactively identify and refer customers to appropriate bank services, such as loans or investments.
  8. Adhere to security and compliance protocols to ensure the safety of both customers and bank assets.
  9. Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and meet customer needs.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and stay updated on industry trends and changes.
  11. Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers and colleagues.
  12. Uphold the bank's values of integrity, teamwork, and excellence in all interactions.
  13. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  14. Participate in regular training and meetings to stay informed of any updates or changes within the bank.
  15. Continuously strive to improve the overall customer experience and provide feedback to management on ways to enhance processes and procedures.
