- Maintain a thorough understanding of bank policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
- Proactively identify and refer customers to appropriate bank services, such as loans or investments.
- Adhere to security and compliance protocols to ensure the safety of both customers and bank assets.
