  1. Conduct thorough and accurate credit analysis of financial institution clients to assess their creditworthiness.
  2. Utilize financial statements, credit analysis techniques, and regulatory guidelines to evaluate the risk associated with lending to financial institutions.
  3. Provide key insights and recommendations to support lending decisions and mitigate potential risks.
  4. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including relationship managers and underwriters, to gather necessary information and share findings.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
  6. Maintain accurate and organized credit files for financial institution clients.
  7. Collaborate with team members to continuously improve credit analysis processes and procedures.
  8. Assist in making credit presentations to management and credit committees.
  9. Monitor and track the performance of financial institution clients.
  10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial institution clients to understand their business and financial needs.
  11. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance credit analysis skills and knowledge.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory guidelines.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
  14. Meet deadlines and prioritize workload effectively to support the needs of the team and the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Accounting, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Credit Analysis Or Financial Analysis, Preferably In The Banking Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Institutions, Including Banking Regulations, Products, And Services.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Evaluate Complex Financial Data And Identify Potential Risks.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Internal And External Stakeholders, Including Senior Management And Clients.
