  1. Develop and execute strategic initiatives to support and grow the corporate client base in the consumer and retail industries.
  2. Lead the team of professionals to identify new business opportunities and foster strong partnerships with clients.
  3. Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and business development efforts.
  4. Manage client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement client solutions.
  6. Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify potential opportunities and threats.
  7. Create and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and proactively pursue new business opportunities.
  8. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and guidance to team members.
  9. Prepare and present regular business performance reports to senior management.
  10. Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements to ensure adherence.
  11. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote brand awareness and networking opportunities.
  12. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal and external partners.
  13. Stay updated on competitors' activities and market trends to inform business strategies.
  14. Continuously drive operational excellence and efficiency within the team.
  15. Motivate and inspire team members to achieve individual and team goals.
  16. Collaborate with other Managing Directors to develop and implement overall divisional strategies.

  • Strategic Thinking And Leadership Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Strategic Thinking Abilities, With The Ability To Develop And Execute Effective Plans To Achieve Business Objectives. They Should Also Possess Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Motivate And Manage A Team Effectively.
