Job Description

As a Compensation Analyst at Fifth Third Bank, you will play a key role in developing and implementing the bank's compensation strategies and programs. You will be responsible for researching and analyzing market data, providing recommendations for competitive compensation strategies, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.We are looking for a Compensation Analyst who has an understanding of compensation principles and practices, experience in the banking industry, and a strong analytical background. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement the bank's compensation strategies and programs.
  2. Research and analyze market data to provide recommendations for competitive compensation strategies.
  3. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  4. Analyze employee data to identify trends in salary structure and compensation practices.
  5. Develop and maintain compensation policies and procedures.
  6. Prepare reports to present to senior management.
  7. Develop and maintain job descriptions and job evaluations.
  8. Analyze job requirements to determine salaries and benefits.
  9. Participate in salary surveys to compare compensation and benefits with other companies.
  10. Assist with budgeting and forecasting of compensation and benefits.
  11. Stay informed of current trends and developments in the field of compensation and benefits.
  12. Serve as a resource to human resources staff and managers regarding compensation and benefits.
