  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective commercial middle market clients.
  2. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the middle market segment.
  3. Conduct in-depth financial analysis and risk assessments to understand clients' needs and provide tailored financial solutions.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams, such as credit and underwriting, to structure and negotiate deals that meet clients' requirements.
  5. Monitor and manage the performance of assigned client portfolio, ensuring profitability and risk management goals are met.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to identify potential risks and opportunities for clients.
  7. Serve as a trusted advisor and provide financial guidance to clients on various banking products and services.
  8. Meet and exceed sales targets by actively cross-selling and promoting bank products and services to clients.
  9. Prepare and present regular reports on portfolio performance and business development activities to senior management.
  10. Represent the bank at industry events and actively participate in networking activities to expand business opportunities.
  11. Maintain a thorough understanding of bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance in all aspects of the job.
  12. Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to support their professional growth.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development and implementation of best practices within the commercial banking team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Internal Stakeholders.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Commercial Banking, Specifically With Middle Market Clients.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing A Portfolio Of Middle Market Clients.

  • Strong Analytical And Financial Skills, Including The Ability To Analyze Financial Statements And Credit Risk.
