  1. Perform day-to-day administrative tasks for trust accounts, including opening and closing accounts, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams, such as wealth advisors and trust officers, to ensure timely and accurate processing of client requests and transactions.
  3. Conduct thorough reviews of trust account documents and data to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  4. Communicate effectively with clients to address any questions or concerns regarding their accounts.
  5. Conduct research and analysis to resolve complex issues related to trust administration.
  6. Monitor and reconcile account transactions, ensuring accuracy and identifying any discrepancies.
  7. Assist with the preparation of client reports, statements, and other documentation.
  8. Maintain knowledge of industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
  9. Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of trust administration services.
  10. Mentor and train junior team members on trust administration procedures and best practices.
  11. Work closely with external partners, such as custodians and attorneys, to facilitate timely and accurate processing of trust transactions.
  12. Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of professionalism at all times.
  13. Keep abreast of changes in the financial industry, including new products and services, and make recommendations for their implementation.
