As a Systematics Programmer Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our core banking system – Systematics.   1. Design, develop, and maintain the core banking system, Systematics, in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise in the Systematics system.
  4. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Systematics programming to ensure the system is utilizing the latest technologies.
  5. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the quality and efficiency of the Systematics system.
  6. Develop and maintain documentation for the Systematics system to ensure clear and comprehensive understanding for team members and end-users.
  7. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions to meet their requirements.
  8. Continuously identify and implement opportunities for improvement in the Systematics system to enhance its functionality and performance.
  9. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth integration of new features and updates into the Systematics system.
  10. Stay current with security protocols and ensure the Systematics system is secure and compliant with industry standards.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert for Systematics programming and provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to coding standards and project management processes.
  13. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in Systematics programming and other relevant technologies.
  14. Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback on the Systematics system.
  15. Embrace a culture of teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement to promote a positive work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Software Development Or Programming, With A Focus On Systematics Programming.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Cobol, Jcl, And Pl/1.

  • Strong Understanding Of Banking And Financial Systems, With Experience Working In The Financial Industry.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And The Ability To Troubleshoot And Debug Complex Systems.
