- Develop and implement supply chain strategies and processes to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supplier relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve supply chain issues and improve overall performance.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and pricing.

- Develop and maintain a risk management plan to mitigate potential supply chain risks.
- Manage and mentor a team of supply chain professionals to ensure a high-performing and motivated team.
- Prepare and present regular reports and updates to senior management on supply chain performance and initiatives.
- Drive innovation and implement best practices to continuously improve supply chain processes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all supply chain activities.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve the company's bottom line.
- Support company growth and expansion by identifying and developing new supply chain opportunities.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Management, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Supply Chain Professionals.
Proficiency In Supply Chain Software And Systems, Such As Sap, Oracle, Or Jda.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Process Improvements.
