This position requires rotational shifts to provide 24/7 coverage, ensuring that our systems are always up and running.   • Monitor and maintain the security and stability of FIS' Windows-based systems.
  • Identify potential vulnerabilities and work with the team to develop and implement remediation strategies.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure the timely and effective resolution of any security issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in vulnerability management for Windows systems.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of all vulnerability management processes and procedures.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 coverage for system issues.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to Windows systems.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Windows systems and provide guidance to other team members.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve existing processes and procedures to enhance the security and stability of our systems.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular updates on the status of vulnerability management efforts.
  • Act as a mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge Of Windows Server Administration: The Sre Windows Admin Must Have A Deep Understanding Of Windows Server Operating Systems And Be Able To Effectively Manage And Troubleshoot Issues Related To Them.

  • Experience With Vulnerability Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Identifying, Assessing, And Mitigating Vulnerabilities In Windows Environments, Including Patch Management And Vulnerability Scanning.

  • Rotational Shift Availability: This Role Requires The Ability To Work In Rotational Shifts, Including Nights And Weekends, To Provide 24/7 Support For Critical Systems And Applications.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Sre Windows Admin Must Have Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, As They Will Be Responsible For Identifying And Resolving Complex Issues In A Timely Manner.

  • Experience With Fis Products: Fidelity National Information Services (Fis) Offers A Wide Range Of Financial Software Solutions, And The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience With Fis Products To Effectively Manage And Support Them In A High-Pressure Environment.
