  1. Design, build, and maintain highly available and scalable cloud infrastructure using Azure and Kubernetes.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to cloud infrastructure and services.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and improve existing systems.
  4. Implement automation and monitoring tools to ensure optimal performance and reliability of cloud services.
  5. Work closely with developers and product teams to understand their requirements and provide technical solutions.
  6. Participate in 24/7 rotational shifts to ensure continuous availability and support for our cloud infrastructure.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in cloud technologies and identify opportunities for improvement.
  8. Proactively identify and address potential security risks and vulnerabilities in cloud systems.
  9. Create and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
  10. Mentor and train junior team members on best practices and emerging technologies.
  11. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular updates on the status of projects and initiatives.
  12. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to cloud infrastructure.
  13. Continuously monitor and optimize cloud costs to ensure efficient resource utilization.
  14. Participate in on-call support and incident response as needed.
  15. Maintain a customer-focused mindset and provide exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Azure And Aks/Kubernetes: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Azure And Aks/Kubernetes Infrastructure, Including Deployment, Maintenance, And Troubleshooting.

  • Experience With 24/7 Rotational Shifts: The Sre Azure With Aks/Kubernetes Engg Will Be Responsible For Monitoring And Maintaining System Availability And Performance Around The Clock. Therefore, The Candidate Should Have Prior Experience Working In A 24/7 Rotational Shift Environment.

  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: As An Sre, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Identifying And Resolving Issues Quickly And Efficiently. Therefore, They Should Possess Strong Problem-Solving Skills And The Ability To Troubleshoot Complex Technical Problems.

  • Automation And Scripting Skills: The Candidate Should Be Well-Versed In Automation And Scripting Languages Such As Powershell, Python, And Bash. This Will Help In Automating Routine Tasks And Improving Operational Efficiency.

  • Cloud Security Knowledge: With The Increasing Use Of Cloud Services, Knowledge Of Cloud Security Is Essential. The Candidate Should Be Familiar With Security Best Practices And Have Experience In Implementing Security Controls In Azure And Aks/Kubernetes Environments.
