- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue and growth within the healthcare sector.
- Identify and target potential clients in the healthcare industry to promote and sell our card and payment solutions.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand the needs and pain points of potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the healthcare industry.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to identify and close new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions that meet the specific needs of clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to effectively position our products and services.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline, and progress towards targets.

- Train and mentor junior sales team members, when necessary.
Extensive Experience In The Healthcare Industry: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In The Healthcare Sector, With A Deep Understanding Of Healthcare Cards And Payments.
Strong Sales Track Record: A Successful Sr. Sales Executive Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Targets, Preferably In The Healthcare Cards And Payments Space.
Knowledge Of Fis Products And Services: Familiarity With Fis's Suite Of Products And Services, Especially Those Related To Healthcare Cards And Payments, Is Essential For This Role.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills: A Sr. Sales Executive Must Possess Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills To Effectively Engage With Clients And Close Deals.
