  1. Design and develop software solutions for the Tandem, Connex platform.
  2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products to clients.
  3. Conduct thorough analysis and troubleshooting of technical issues.
  4. Collaborate with team members to continuously improve and innovate upon existing software solutions.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure the company remains at the forefront of the financial services industry.
  6. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates and progress reports.
  7. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  8. Mentor and guide junior team members to promote their professional growth and development.
  9. Develop and maintain technical documentation for the software solutions.
  10. Follow best practices and coding standards to ensure the scalability, reliability, and maintainability of the software.
  11. Proactively identify and address potential issues or roadblocks in the software development process.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.
  13. Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and ensure all software solutions meet high-quality standards.
  14. Collaborate with external partners and vendors as needed.
  15. Adhere to project deadlines and effectively manage time and priorities to meet them.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Database Management And Sql.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Software Development, With A Focus On Tandem And Connex Technologies.

  • Expertise In Programming Languages Such As Cobol, Tal, And C.

  • Proven Experience In Leading And Mentoring A Team Of Software Engineers, With Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills.
