- Develop and execute creative and strategic social media plans to enhance and elevate the FIS brand.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, platforms, and best practices to drive engagement and increase brand awareness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media into overall marketing and communication strategies.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms that aligns with FIS brand messaging and resonates with the target audience.
- Manage and maintain social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring brand mentions.
- Identify and engage with key influencers and industry leaders to expand brand reach and build relationships.
- Implement paid social media advertising campaigns to support business objectives and increase ROI.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and gaps in the market and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay informed on industry regulations and compliance guidelines to ensure all social media content is in line with industry standards.
- Collaborate with the PR team to manage crisis communication and reputation management on social media.
- Continuously evaluate and improve social media strategies to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and achieve business goals.
- Train and educate internal teams on social media best practices and guidelines.
- Represent FIS at industry events and conferences to network and stay informed on the latest trends and innovations in social media marketing.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Social Media Marketing, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Social Media Strategies Across Various Platforms.
Strong Understanding Of Social Media Analytics And Ability To Use Data To Inform Strategy And Measure Performance.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Different Teams And Stakeholders.
