1. Ensure the reliability and stability of critical software systems through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
3. Implement system enhancements to improve overall performance and availability of software applications.
4. Continuously monitor and optimize system performance to meet or exceed service level agreements.
5. Maintain and improve infrastructure management processes to support the scalability and reliability of the software systems.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in cloud computing, application development, and infrastructure management.
7. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on system performance and issue resolution.
8. Proactively identify potential areas of improvement and provide recommendations for system enhancements.
9. Participate in on-call rotation to provide support for critical system issues outside of regular business hours.
10. Collaborate with development teams to ensure that software applications are designed with reliability and scalability in mind.
11. Conduct root cause analysis for critical incidents and implement measures to prevent future occurrences.
12. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness in maintaining system reliability and stability.
13. Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
14. Act as a subject matter expert on site reliability engineering and provide guidance and support to other team members as needed.
