Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Service Delivery Or Technical Support Role.
Strong Understanding Of It Infrastructure, Including Hardware, Software, And Networks.
Experience Working With It Service Management Tools, Such As Servicenow Or Remedy.
