4. Develop and maintain system documentation, including standard operating procedures and best practices.

6. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to make informed recommendations for system enhancements.
7. Participate in the development of disaster recovery plans and conduct regular testing to ensure business continuity.
8. Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members on best practices and SRE methodologies.
9. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and understanding of system changes and updates.
10. Act as a subject matter expert and provide technical support to resolve complex issues and incidents related to system reliability.
