
Senior Sales Executive - Retail Banking
Fidelity National Information Services (FIS) is seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior Sales Executive - Retail Banking to join our team. This individual will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within the retail banking market. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a proven history of managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate for this role will have strong business acumen, a positive attitude, and the ability to think strategically about sales growth. They will be highly organized, possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, and demonstrate a commitment to customer service excellence. The ability to quickly build relationships and understand customer needs is a must.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field• 5+ years of successful sales experience in the financial services industry, with a track record of success in retail banking• Proven ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships and use customer feedback to drive innovation• Demonstrated experience in creating effective sales presentations and closing deals• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, to achieve established goals• Working knowledge of CRM software and MS Office Suite
