Senior Product Analyst - eBanking (m/w/d)

1. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the digital banking industry.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, developers, and business stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and requirements.
3. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our eBanking products, their features, and functionalities, and continuously identify areas for improvement.
4. Lead and facilitate product planning and prioritization meetings, and ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
5. Conduct thorough user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback to development teams to ensure product quality and usability.
6. Monitor and analyze key product performance metrics, and identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
7. Create and maintain product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and training materials.
8. Communicate product updates and changes to internal teams and external stakeholders, and address any inquiries or concerns.
9. Contribute to the development and execution of product marketing strategies and initiatives to drive product adoption and growth.
10. Mentor and train junior product analysts, and actively participate in their professional development.
11. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies, and make recommendations for product innovation and improvement.
12. Collaborate with sales and customer support teams to understand client and customer needs, and gather feedback and insights to inform product development.
13. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all product developments and enhancements.
14. Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote FIS eBanking products and represent the company as a thought leader in the industry.
