  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and maximize revenue for Fidelity National Information Services (FIS).
  2. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  3. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify potential opportunities for growth.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans and initiatives.
  5. Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to ensure alignment and coordination of efforts.
  6. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership.
  7. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.

  11. Represent FIS at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company and its solutions.
  12. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales materials and tools to support the sales process.
  13. Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on market trends and customer insights.
  14. Uphold FIS’s standards of excellence and customer satisfaction in all interactions.
  15. Continuously assess and improve the sales process to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Sales Leadership: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Sales Leadership, With A Proven Track Record Of Driving Revenue Growth And Achieving Sales Targets.

  • Strategic Thinking: The Senior Manager Should Possess Excellent Strategic Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Develop And Execute Sales Strategies That Align With The Overall Business Objectives Of Fis.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Senior Manager, This Role Will Require Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, Present To Senior Leadership, And Build Relationships With Key Stakeholders.

  • Industry Knowledge: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Financial Services Industry, Particularly In The Areas Of Payments And Technology Solutions. Knowledge Of Fis Products And Services Is Also Preferred.

  • Leadership And Team Management: The Senior Manager Should Have Prior Experience In Leading And Managing A Team Of Sales Professionals, With A Focus On Coaching, Mentoring, And Developing Team Members To Achieve Their Full Potential.
