- Lead the development team in delivering high-quality software solutions through effective project management and utilization of Agile methodologies.
- Mentor and guide team members to enhance their technical skills and promote a collaborative and innovative work culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of software releases.
- Act as a ScrumMaster and facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Use your expertise in SAFe to drive the implementation and adoption of Agile practices within the team.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for optimization and implementing process improvements.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, quality guidelines, and best practices.

- Act as a liaison between the development team and other departments to promote effective communication and collaboration.
- Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
