  1. Lead and manage development teams to successfully deliver software projects using Oracle and PL/SQL.
  2. Utilize expertise in Oracle and PL/SQL to design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions.
  3. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and quality assurance, to ensure project success.
  5. Take ownership of technical solutions and ensure they meet business requirements and adhere to coding standards.
  6. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Oracle and PL/SQL technology.
  8. Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, and provide timely and effective resolutions.
  9. Develop and maintain technical documentation for software solutions.
  10. Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to project stakeholders.
  11. Lead by example in following best practices for software development and project management.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve development processes and methodologies.
  13. Train and onboard new team members.
  14. Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of software projects.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience With Oracle And Pl/Sql Development: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Oracle Database Design And Development, As Well As Strong Proficiency In Pl/Sql Programming.
