- Conduct in-depth analysis of loan syndication processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of client projects and initiatives.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and proactively provide recommendations for process improvement.
- Mentor and train team members in data analysis techniques and financial services knowledge.

Extensive Experience In Cdo/Clo And Loan Syndication Operations: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Hands-On Experience In Managing Cdo/Clo And Loan Syndication Operations. This Includes A Thorough Understanding Of The Processes, Systems, And Regulations Involved In These Areas.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Senior Lead Analyst, The Candidate Must Possess Excellent Analytical Skills To Identify And Resolve Complex Operational Issues. They Should Also Be Able To Think Critically And Creatively To Develop Innovative Solutions For Improving Efficiency And Effectiveness.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Abilities: This Role Requires Strong Communication Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Team Members, Stakeholders, And Clients. The Candidate Should Also Have Proven Leadership Experience, Including The Ability To Mentor And Guide Team Members Towards Achieving Common Goals.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Fis Products And Services: Since This Position Is At Fis, The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Company's Products And Services, Particularly In The Managed Service Operations Space. This Includes Knowledge Of Fis' Technology Platforms, Solutions, And Processes.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Business, Or A Related Field: A Degree In Finance, Business, Or A Related Field Is Typically Required For This Position. Specialized Certifications Or Training In Cdo/Clo, Loan Syndication, Or Other Relevant Areas Can Also Be Beneficial.
