
Senior Incident Manager
At Fidelity National Information Services (FIS), we are looking for a Senior Incident Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented problem solver with strong organizational and project management skills. This role requires strong interpersonal and communication abilities as well as the ability to work independently and collaborate with others.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, a minimum of seven years of experience in incident management and IT service delivery, and strong knowledge of industry best practices. You should also have excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to multitask, and a proven track record of managing incident resolution and customer service. The successful candidate will also be a self-starter, have a proactive approach, and be able to work under pressure.We are looking for a passionate individual who is dedicated to helping our team provide the best customer service possible. Responsibilities:
- Monitor and coordinate incident resolution processes to ensure customer service is provided in a timely and efficient manner.
- Utilize industry best practices to manage incidents and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyze data and provide reports on incident trends and customer feedback.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to facilitate incident resolution.
- Maintain documentation of incident resolutions and customer service performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve incident resolution processes.
- Proactively identify potential issues and develop solutions to prevent future incidents.
- Provide guidance and support to junior incident management staff.
- Train and mentor new incident managers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
