5. Provide on-site technical consultation and support.
6. Manage customer implementation projects from start to finish.
7. Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of their systems.
8. Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers.
9. Work with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
10. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices.
