  1. Develop and implement risk management strategies for clients in the financial services industry.
  2. Analyze and evaluate clients' balance sheets to identify potential risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.
  3. Collaborate with clients to understand their unique risk management needs and develop customized solutions.
  4. Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide insights on potential vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to risk management and balance sheet management.
  6. Communicate effectively with clients to explain complex risk management concepts and present recommendations.
  7. Lead and mentor junior team members to ensure high-quality service delivery to clients.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within FIS to develop innovative risk management solutions for clients.
  9. Prepare and present reports to senior management on risk management strategies and outcomes.
  10. Assist in the development and enhancement of risk management tools and methodologies.
  11. Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams on risk management best practices.
  12. Represent FIS at industry events and conferences to showcase our expertise in risk management.
  13. Proactively identify potential business opportunities and contribute to business development efforts.
  14. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive client information.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Risk Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Risk Management, With A Strong Background In Credit, Liquidity, And Market Risk.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: A Senior Consultant In This Role Should Have Exceptional Analytical Skills And Be Able To Identify And Evaluate Potential Risks To The Organization's Balance Sheet. This Includes The Ability To Develop Risk Models, Perform Stress Tests, And Analyze Complex Financial Data.

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements: Fis Operates In A Highly Regulated Industry, And The Senior Consultant Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Relevant Regulations And Guidelines. This Includes Knowledge Of Basel Iii, Dodd-Frank Act, And Other Regulatory Frameworks.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Senior Consultant, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Presenting Risk Management Strategies And Recommendations To Senior Management And Stakeholders. Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential To Effectively Convey Complex Information To A Diverse Audience.

  • Advanced Degree In Finance Or Related Field: While Not Required, A Master's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field Is Highly Preferred For This Role. This Demonstrates A Strong Academic Background And Provides A Solid Foundation For Understanding Risk And Balance Sheet Management Principles.
