  1. Develop and implement technology training programs for our sales teams, ensuring they are up-to-date on the latest tools and techniques to enhance their performance.
  2. Collaborate with sales leadership to identify training needs and design targeted solutions to address them.
  3. Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, both in person and virtually, to educate sales teams on technology best practices and strategies.
  4. Create training materials, presentations, and resources to support the delivery of training programs.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, gathering feedback from participants and making necessary adjustments to continuously improve the training experience.
  6. Stay current on industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure our sales teams are equipped with the most relevant and cutting-edge tools.
  7. Work closely with the sales technology team to identify and troubleshoot any technical issues or challenges faced by sales teams.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver sales technology training for new product launches and updates.
  9. Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales teams to reinforce learning and drive adoption of new technology.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert on sales technology, providing guidance and support to sales teams as needed.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Sales Technology: The Sales Technology Trainer Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Latest Sales Technology Tools And Platforms, Including Crm Systems, Sales Automation Software, And Digital Sales Tools.

  • Sales Training Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Designing And Delivering Training Programs For Sales Teams. This Includes Developing Training Materials, Conducting Training Sessions, And Evaluating The Effectiveness Of The Training.

  • Strong Communication And Presentation Skills: As A Sales Technology Trainer, The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Concepts And Train Sales Professionals Is Crucial. The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Presentation Skills And Be Able To Adapt Their Training Style To Different Audiences.

  • Experience In The Financial Services Industry: Fis Specializes In Providing Technology Solutions For The Financial Services Industry. Therefore, Having Prior Experience In This Industry, Specifically In Sales Roles, Is Highly Desirable For This Position.
