- Monitor and track sales performance, including quotas, revenue, and customer acquisition.
- Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
- Assist in the creation of sales forecasts and budgets.
- Identify and recommend improvements to sales processes and procedures.
- Provide training and support to sales team on sales tools and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and finance, to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales operations.
- Communicate and present findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of CRM system.
- Support the implementation of new sales initiatives and processes.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data.
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues or discrepancies in sales data and processes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales team and clients.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new sales team members.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data security measures.

Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Sales Operations Or Related Role.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting, With Experience Using Crm And Other Sales Tools.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Knowledge Of Financial Services Industry And Understanding Of Sales Processes And Metrics.
