Job Description

Fidelity National Information- FIS is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Content Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for overseeing the development and execution of our sales content strategy. The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be highly organized and detail oriented, and have a strong background in content creation and management. We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating content that drives customer engagement and is excited to help our sales team reach their goals.To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in sales content management or a related field. You should also have a strong understanding of current trends in content marketing and have experience developing and implementing successful sales content strategies. Additionally, you should have strong organizational skills and be able to manage multiple projects and content initiatives simultaneously. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a sales content strategy to drive customer engagement.
  2. Manage multiple content initiatives and projects simultaneously.
  3. Create content that is in line with current trends in content marketing.
  4. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of content strategies.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure content is delivered in a timely manner.
  6. Establish and maintain strong relationships with external vendors.
  7. Develop and implement procedures for content approval and tracking.
  8. Provide feedback and guidance to team members on content-related issues.
  9. Monitor industry trends and adjust content strategies accordingly.
  10. Remain up-to-date with changes in the content marketing landscape.
