  1. Process and accurately handle a high volume of remittance transactions.
  2. Ensure all payments are processed in a timely manner according to company standards.
  3. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Follow established procedures and guidelines to meet productivity and quality targets.
  5. Collaborate with team members to efficiently and effectively complete daily tasks.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve any discrepancies or issues with payments.
  7. Maintain confidentiality and security of all financial data.
  8. Communicate with internal and external clients to resolve any payment-related inquiries.
