Release Train Engineer - Scrum Master

We are looking for a passionate individual with strong organizational and leadership skills to help us deliver high-quality, innovative software solutions.The successful candidate should possess a high level of knowledge and experience in agile and scrum methodologies, and have a successful track record of delivering software projects. We are looking for a team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, who is capable of leading and motivating teams.The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and a minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development project. Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Lead Scrum team in agile best practices
• Monitor and track progress of the development cycle
• Coach and mentor team members in agile principles and practices
• Track and communicate team progress to stakeholders
• Identify and remove impediments to progress
• Establish and maintain metrics to measure team performance
• Create and maintain JIRA and Confluence project management tools
• Manage the release process by coordinating code branches and merges
• Work with the product owner to ensure the product backlog is groomed and updated
• Assist in the development of product roadmaps
• Ensure compliance with Scrum and Agile guidelines and principles
