Recovery Analyst

4. Interact with customers to resolve disputes and collect payments
5. Develop and implement strategies to improve overall collection efforts
6. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
7. Negotiate payment plans with customers and coordinate payment collection
8. Monitor account activity and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
9. Prepare accurate and timely financial reports
10. Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and successful collection efforts
