- Continuously monitor and track defects, and work with the development team to resolve issues in a timely manner.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality assurance and incorporate them into the testing process.
- Communicate test results and progress to project stakeholders, including management and other team members.
- Participate in team meetings and provide valuable insights and recommendations for improving product quality.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all testing activities and results.
- Collaborate with software developers to ensure that software products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Develop and maintain testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, and work with the development team to resolve them.
- Provide training and support to team members on quality assurance processes and procedures.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data security and confidentiality guidelines.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Quality Assurance Methodologies And Best Practices: A Quality Assurance Analyst At Fidelity National Information-Fis Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Quality Assurance Principles And Techniques, Such As Test Planning, Test Execution, Defect Tracking, And Reporting.
Experience With Software Testing Tools And Technologies: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience Working With Various Software Testing Tools And Technologies, Such As Selenium, Jira, And Hp Quality Center, To Ensure Efficient And Effective Testing Processes.
