Responsibilities:

1. Analyze and troubleshoot production environment issues and provide solutions.
2. Monitor production environment performance and provide proactive solutions to prevent potential issues.
3. Create and maintain scripts and automation tools to improve production environment performance.
4. Maintain and update production environment databases.
5. Identify and document the root cause of production issues and develop preventative measures to avoid similar issues in the future.
6. Work with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues.
7. Collaborate with other members of the team to ensure high-quality work.
8. Prioritize tasks and ensure efficient use of resources.
9. Stay up to date on industry trends and technologies to ensure best practices are being followed.
10. Develop and document standard operating procedures for production support.
