They Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Production Environment And Possess The Technical Knowledge To Troubleshoot And Resolve Issues Quickly.

  • Knowledge Of Financial Systems And Processes: The Production Support Manager Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Financial Systems And Processes, Particularly Those Used By Fidelity National Information- Fis. This Includes Knowledge Of Payment Processing, Risk Management, And Data Management Systems.

  • Strong Leadership And Management Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Of Production Support Analysts Effectively. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills, The Ability To Delegate Tasks, And The Capacity To Motivate And Inspire Team Members To Deliver High-Quality Results.

  • Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills: The Production Support Manager Should Have A Strong Problem-Solving Mindset And Be Able To Think Analytically To Identify The Root Cause Of Production Issues. They Should Also Be Able To Recommend And Implement Solutions To Prevent Future Disruptions.

  • Proven Track Record In Managing Incident And Change Management Processes: Fidelity National Information- Fis Operates In A Highly Regulated Environment, And It Is Crucial For The Production Support Manager To Have Experience In Managing Incident And Change Management Processes. This Includes Coordinating With Various Teams, Adhering To Strict Timelines, And Ensuring Compliance With Regulatory Requirements.
