- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients of Fidelity National Information Services (FIS).
- Utilize strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for clients.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of financial systems in order to effectively support clients.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for FIS products and services, staying up-to-date on latest developments and updates.
- Communicate with clients in a professional and friendly manner, building and maintaining positive relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex client issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Document and track client interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in FIS systems.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and provide feedback to management on ways to enhance the customer experience.
- Stay current on industry trends and developments in order to provide relevant and up-to-date support to clients.
- Act as a mentor and resource for junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Continuously strive for excellence in customer service, going above and beyond to exceed client expectations.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards of service at all times.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Customer Support Or Technical Support Role, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Business Administration.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Products And Services, Including Banking, Payments, And Insurance.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Handle Complex Customer Inquiries And Troubleshoot Technical Issues.
Experience With Crm Systems, Ticketing Tools, And Other Customer Support Software. Familiarity With Fidelity National Information's Products And Services Is A Plus.
