In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.   1. Provide exceptional support to clients by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to our products and services.
  2. Build strong relationships with clients by actively listening to their needs and concerns and providing effective solutions.
  3. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively troubleshoot and resolve client issues.
  4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate resolution of client issues.
  5. Document and track all client interactions and resolutions in our internal systems.
  6. Continuously strive to improve the client experience by identifying and addressing areas of improvement.
  7. Stay up-to-date on product updates and changes, and effectively communicate these to clients.
  8. Act as a liaison between clients and other internal teams, such as sales and product development, to ensure client needs are met.
  9. Proactively identify and communicate potential issues or trends to management.
  10. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
  11. Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction.
  12. Actively participate in training and development opportunities to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  14. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to provide informed support to clients.
  15. Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Knowledge Of Fis Products And Services: The Product Support Representative I Should Have A Deep Understanding Of All Fis Products And Services In Order To Effectively Troubleshoot And Resolve Customer Inquiries And Issues.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: This Role Requires Constant Interaction With Customers, Both Over The Phone And Through Written Communication. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Strong Communication Skills To Effectively Convey Technical Information To Non-Technical Customers.

  • Technical Proficiency: A Solid Understanding Of Computer Systems, Software, And Hardware Is Essential For This Role. The Product Support Representative I Should Be Able To Navigate Through Various Systems, Perform Basic Troubleshooting, And Assist Customers With Technical Issues.

  • Customer Service Experience: A Background In Customer Service Is Highly Preferred For This Role. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Managing Customer Relationships And Providing Exceptional Service, Even In Difficult Situations.

  • Problem-Solving Abilities: As A Product Support Representative, The Ability To Quickly Identify And Resolve Customer Issues Is Crucial. The Candidate Should Have Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Effectively Troubleshoot And Find Solutions For Customers.
