Product Analyst

Fidelity National Information- FIS is seeking a motivated Product Analyst to join our team. This key role within the organization requires an individual with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think strategically. The ideal candidate will have the capability to interpret data and be able to identify trends and develop insights to help drive the growth and success of our products and services.To be successful in this role, the Product Analyst must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field; a minimum of 2 years of experience in a product analysis role; and possess a strong technical understanding of databases and analytics software. The individual should be highly organized with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 3. Build and maintain databases and analytics software.

5. Establish and report on metrics to measure the success of products and services.
6. Develop reports to provide stakeholders with visibility on project progress and success.
7. Provide technical support and guidance to team members.
8. Develop and maintain documentation related to product analysis.
9. Develop and implement strategies to improve the accuracy and reliability of data.
10. Suggest changes to optimize systems and processes.
