
Pre Sales Manager - Risk

- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and understand their specific needs and pain points in the realm of risk management.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of FIS's risk management solutions, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages, in order to effectively communicate these to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand and align with the overall sales strategy and objectives, and provide input on how risk management solutions can be effectively positioned to drive growth and profitability.
- Lead pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops, to showcase the value and capabilities of FIS's risk management solutions to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at potential client organizations, and act as a trusted advisor to guide them in selecting the most suitable risk management solutions for their business.
- Work closely with the product development team to provide feedback and insights from client interactions, and collaborate on the development of new risk management solutions that meet client needs and align with market trends.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in risk management, and proactively share this knowledge with the sales team and potential clients to position FIS as a thought leader in the field.
- Take ownership of the pre-sales process, including managing timelines, responding to client inquiries, and ensuring all necessary documentation and resources are available for successful sales presentations.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting on pre-sales activities, including pipeline status, conversion rates, and any challenges or opportunities that arise.
- Continuously seek out opportunities to improve and enhance the pre-sales process, and provide recommendations for new strategies and tactics to drive growth and profitability in the risk management solutions market.
