  1. Oversee day-to-day operations of the professional services department, including scheduling, resource allocation, and project management.
  2. Coordinate with team members to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of services to clients.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the professional services department.
  4. Monitor and track project progress, and provide regular updates to senior management.
  5. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals for potential clients.
  6. Hire, train, and manage a team of professional services staff, providing coaching and mentorship to foster a high-performing and motivated team environment.
  7. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members, and implement performance improvement plans as needed.
  8. Act as a liaison between clients and the professional services team, ensuring that client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in professional services, and implement relevant changes to improve processes and procedures.
  11. Monitor and manage department budget, including expenses and revenue.
  12. Collaborate with other department managers to ensure alignment and consistency across departments.
  13. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and professional development.
  14. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to support company growth and success.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Managerial Role, Preferably In The Professional Services Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Clients, Staff, And Upper Management.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance, As Well As Experience With Financial Management And Budgeting.
