- Monitor and maintain the performance and availability of FIS payment systems and processes.
- Respond to and resolve incidents and problems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement proactive solutions to prevent future incidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of payment systems and processes.
- Develop and maintain incident and problem management processes and procedures.
- Communicate and escalate critical incidents to appropriate stakeholders.
- Identify areas for process improvement and drive implementation of changes.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in incident and problem management.
- Create and maintain documentation related to incident and problem management.
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical incidents.
- Train and mentor junior team members on incident and problem management processes.
- Provide regular reports and updates on the status of incidents and problems to management.
- Participate in testing and implementation of new payment systems and processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
