We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Analyst with experience in Incident Management and Problem Management in the Payments Domain to join our dynamic team. As an Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our payment systems and processes, identifying and resolving incidents and problems, and implementing proactive solutions to prevent future issues.   1. Monitor and maintain the performance and availability of FIS payment systems and processes.
  2. Respond to and resolve incidents and problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Conduct root cause analysis and implement proactive solutions to prevent future incidents.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of payment systems and processes.
  5. Develop and maintain incident and problem management processes and procedures.
  6. Communicate and escalate critical incidents to appropriate stakeholders.
  7. Identify areas for process improvement and drive implementation of changes.
  8. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in incident and problem management.
  9. Create and maintain documentation related to incident and problem management.
  10. Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical incidents.
  11. Train and mentor junior team members on incident and problem management processes.
  12. Provide regular reports and updates on the status of incidents and problems to management.
  13. Participate in testing and implementation of new payment systems and processes.
  14. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert for incident and problem management in the payments domain.
  16. Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  17. Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to resolve issues.
  18. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  19. Continuously evaluate and improve incident and problem management processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  20. Actively contribute to the overall success of the team and company by taking on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Knowledge Of Incident Management Processes And Procedures In A Payments Domain: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Thorough Understanding Of How Incidents Are Managed In A Payments Environment, Including Identifying, Prioritizing, And Resolving Incidents In A Timely And Efficient Manner.

  • Experience With Problem Management Techniques And Methodologies: The Operations Analyst Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Effectively Identifying And Resolving Recurring Problems Within A Payments System, Using Established Problem Management Techniques And Methodologies.

  • Familiarity With Fis Products And Services: As An Operations Analyst In The Payments Domain At Fis, It Is Essential To Have A Good Understanding Of The Company's Products And Services, As Well As How They Are Used By Clients. This Knowledge Will Be Critical In Identifying And Resolving Incidents And Problems.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Analytical Skills And Be Able To Collect, Organize, And Analyze Data From Various Sources To Identify Patterns And Trends. This Data Will Be Used To Track Incident And Problem Trends, Identify Root Causes, And Develop Solutions To Prevent Future Occurrences.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: As An Operations Analyst, The Candidate Will Be Working Closely With Various Teams And Stakeholders, Including Technical And Non-Technical Staff, Clients, And Vendors. Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills Are Crucial In Order To Effectively Manage Incidents And Problems And Maintain Positive Relationships With All Parties Involved.
