We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Offensive IT Security Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an Offensive IT Security Engineer, you will play a crucial role in protecting our clients' sensitive information and ensuring the security of our systems.   1. Conduct regular offensive security assessments and penetration tests on our systems and networks to identify vulnerabilities and potential entry points for cyber attacks.
  2. Develop and maintain advanced exploit techniques and tools to simulate real-world attack scenarios and uncover security weaknesses.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security solutions and remediate identified vulnerabilities.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve our offensive security capabilities.
  5. Monitor and analyze security logs and events, and respond to security incidents in a timely and effective manner.
  6. Conduct risk assessments and provide risk mitigation recommendations to senior management.
  7. Conduct security awareness training for employees to promote a security-conscious culture within the organization.
  8. Participate in the development and implementation of security policies, procedures, and standards.
  9. Communicate security risks, issues, and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  10. Maintain and enhance security testing environments to ensure accurate and effective execution of tests and assessments.
  11. Collaborate with third-party security vendors to identify and address security gaps and vulnerabilities.
  12. Participate in incident response and forensic investigations to identify the root cause of security incidents and prevent future occurrences.
  13. Continuously monitor and evaluate existing security controls to ensure their effectiveness and recommend improvements as needed.
  14. Remain available for on-call support and participate in after-hours maintenance and security activities when necessary.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to less experienced security team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Offensive Security, Including Penetration Testing And Vulnerability Assessment.

  • Professional Certifications Such As Oscp, Osce, Ceh, Or Cissp.

  • Strong Understanding Of Network And System Security Principles, Including Firewalls, Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems, And Encryption.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations Such As Pci Dss, Iso 27001, And Nist Cybersecurity Framework.
